Manufactured by Greenlight. Packed in a window box. Box size: 5.5"L x 3.5"W x 4"H. 6 pcs per inner.

 

Ford Motor Company developed a one of a kind aviation-inspired Mustang GT, known as the AV8R, to commemorate its continuing support of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). This one-off Mustang was as unique as the aircraft that it was near at the 2009 Oshkosh, Wisconsin airshow, featuring a glass roof, special front and rear fascias, integrated spoiler, and custom 5-spoke wheels, new handling pack, supercharger, and tuned exhaust mounted to a 4.6 liter V-8 engine that put out 400 horsepower. Ford intended for this truly one of a kind Mustang to be auctioned off at the EAA Gathering Eagles Charity auction, in which it sold for $500,000.

 

In 2010 Ford again stepped up with another one-off Mustang GT, known as the AV-X10 'Dearborn Doll', in support of the EAA. The AV-X10 is inspired by the famous P-51 Mustang fighter planes from WWII. This version again featured a glass roof, 19" Shelby GT500 Wheels and spoiler, handling pack, supercharger, tuned exhaust, and exhaust tips giving the 4.6 liter V-8 550 horsepower. As with the 2009 AV8R, the AV-X10 was auctioned off at the EAA Gathering Eagles Charity auction for $250,000.
