    36420AR ERTL - American Muscle 1968 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 Hard Top. 1:18 scale diecast collectible model car. 11.25" long x 4.5"W x 2.75"H, die cast metal classic muscle car with opening hood & doors, detailed engine, steerable front wheels, detailed interior & chassis. 10 years American Muscle. Sits on a display platform. This 1968 Olds 442 is manufactured by the RC2 Brands. Individually packed in a window box. Box measures 13.75"Lx 6.25"Wx 5.75"H. 36420A in RED color.

    1968 marked the fifth year for the 4-4-2 and the model was upgradted from an option to a series based on the Cutlass body. The 4-4-2 was powered by a 400 cid Rocket V-8 which could produce up to 350 horsepower. With a wide array of performance and luxury options the 4-4-2 earned a reputation as a straight-line performance rocket that handled well and included creature-comforts not found on most muscle cars.
