Dear Customers,
We at Toy Wonders hope this letter finds you, your family, and your co-workers well.
Due to the Covid-19 virus, Toy Wonders’ main office and showroom will remain closed for the duration of this epidemic; However, we will still be answering phone, fax and emails correspondence from our homes. In order to better safeguard the health of our warehouse personnel, we have asked most of them to stay at home with their families.
Moving forward, we will only have a very limited number of employees working in our distribution centers and far away from each other. We have also reduced normal working hours. Inevitable this will cause lead times to process online, email, phone, and fax orders to be extended.
Please expect new orders place to take 5 to 10 business days to process and ship. Orders will be processed on a First In First Out (FIFO) basis. We are arranging for pick-up orders (including FedEx and UPS) to occur only once per week and by appointment only.
To the best of my knowledge, no person has ever perished from not receiving a diecast car on time. Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time in history. It is my hope that in this time of uncertainty, that we all remain hopeful, optimistic, and confident in a better future.
