Signature Seven (part 2 of 2)

Part two of Signature Seven is to be continued. II have a good excuse for not having it ready this week-I really do. It's not that the dog ate my homework, but it's something darn close. This week as I sat down to write and my dog strolls by with a sump pump in his mouth. Initially, it was one of those, "What the heck is he got in his mouth?" as I watch him stroll on by. Then when the light bulb turned on and I realized what was in his month, I grew very displeased and he too learned of my displeasure. Our family has had this dog for less than a year, and the amount of damage in and out of the house just keeps piling up. How much extra work this dog has given me is also accruing -much faster than the interest in my bank account. The crater size hole in the back yard, the kitchen molding a month ago, a $200 fiber optic cable last week, a sump pump this week. I told my wife that if this dog ever requires an expensive operation, we will have a very difficult decision on our hands. I'm perplexed and amazed on how the dog can chew up apart a pvc hose and the electric cord (in half) and not get electricuted. So the saga will continue..
