Registration Process

• Fill out the one page registration form.
  • Either a Federal Tax ID (EIN) or State Resale ID number is required for US entities.
  • Non-US entities shipping to a US address, please have your freight forwarder fax/email their Federal TAX ID certificate.
  • Charities, Church & Religions organizations, and Government Entties, please enter your EIN number when registering.
    
    
    
    
• Allow up to two business days for processing; a return email will be sent when you are set up
• Within the next 3 months (by the end of next quarter), please fax or email a copy of your tax id certificate. Cannot find that little document? Download, fill out, sign, and fax (or email) back one of the following publications.
